Items on order becomes 0

I need help with an order, the items added to it have 0 amount. Can you please help me figure out the reason why?

That is really unusual. If I had to wager a guess, I suspect something is causing problems with the data saved on these order items. Looking at the order notes, I can see the product names were once there but now they are missing.
I wonder if something has removed the order item meta from the database for these. Is this happening to all products on orders? It may be the result of a conflict. You can run through a troubleshooting process if that’s the case.
