    Hi

    I have removed several products from my shop in spreadshirt, but they are not being deleted on the plugin page. I tries rerunning the cache several times and it is not deleting.

    I a able to see changes when I add a product, or adjust a product name, its just that the items are not being removed.

    Hi,

    right, this is a spreadshirt issue – could take up to 8 hours the api got refreshed in deleted products. Try “rebuild cache” in spreadplugin options tomorrow.

    are you sure this is a spreadshirt issue?

    It has been over 24 hours since I first started having this issue.

    is there anything I can do?

    you could contact them via email and tell them, that your api is not refreshing after deleting an article.

    First of all, thanks to you Thimo for building this nice and useful plugin!

    I have the same problem right now.
    Are there any news concerning the refreshing of the spreatshirt API?

    Hi there,

    we have the same problem in our shop. We have 20 active items listed in our spreadshirt backoffice at the moment. After rebuilding the WP-Spreadplugin cache we see that 20 items have been rebuilt – seems to be right. It seems like WP-Spreadplugin doesn’t delete those items that are no longer available via the API.

    @jakobpanter: how did you solve this issue?

    Hi Alex,

    the plugin reads only those which are available through the api. You’ve got two options

    1) Wait some hours and try rebuild cache again
    2) Contact spreadshirt support regarding api lists deleted items, after they respond to you, please rebuild cache again

    in my case I just had to wait. It took the API about 20 hours to refresh.
