    👋 hi there @elhussein

Thank you for reaching back, clarifying things further. As I understand, the documentation linked by my colleague here, resulted in the customized script shared above, which you confirmed resolves the issue reported in the other thread.

Back to the issue at hand in this thread, I went ahead with taking a look at the site’s System Status Report (SSR), and it appears GTM4WP - A Google Tag Manager (GTM) plugin for WordPress: by Thomas Geiger – 1.20.2 is also active.

To clarify, did you already have a chance to test with disabling that plugin, and see if the issue reported in this thread continues, or otherwise?

We look forward to your response. In the meantime, please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Hello Pepe,

Now i removed the custom function that adds the custom field of the gtin. And the result is as below i have 0 expiring products. So it seems that the custom function is the problem .

Is there another way to import the gtin in bulk?

I tried to bulk import using this meta value _wc_gla_gtin but nothing happens.

If you have any solution please let me know now i have all the products missing GTIN again.

    Thanks!

    Hi @elhussein,

If you add Meta: _wc_gla_gtin as the column header and the rows contain the GTIN numbers for the respective products, importing it via CSV files shouldn’t be an issue. If you don’t see the GTINs reflected immediately, please try clearing your cache.

However, please make sure you use supported software to correctly edit the CSV: https://woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-importer-exporter/#what-csv-editors-do-you-recommend

If you continue to have issues, please share the CSV file to test it on our end.

    Thanks!
