It was nice while it lasted

Limiting free plugin options to restore backup even if we have file physically on the target server was really a dick move.
Apparently, selling extensions was not lucrative enough so basically author decided to make plugin unusable.
I would recommend adding charge for installing it at all, so the people will know with whom they are dealing with from the start.
