    Hi

    I am using your plugin but it is showing the error given below :-

    “Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request. We are working to fix it as soon as we can.”

    Please help me asap.

    Could you confirm if the error is from PesaPal iframe or the plugin?

    It is from the woo commerce plugin , i have integrated.

    please see the link and select pesapal gateway :-

    after submitting you will be redirected to another page showing the error.

    AS I TOLD , I AM USING PLUGIN SO I HAVEN’T CHANGED ANYTHING .

    i HAVE CHECKED MY CREDIENTIALS TWICE , BUT NOT ABLE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

    I HAVE CHECKED MY Pesapal Demo Consumer Key AND PESAPAL SECRET KEY BOTH ARE CORRECT.

    Hello,

    The plugin is a gateway to PesaPal. The error is from PesaPAl. I can only advise you on what I can do and what I know. Please check your credentials and check with PesaPal. I do not work for PesaPal nor am I affiliated with PesaPal

    Not an issue , is there any other settings you have in mind that i need to do to make it run properly.

    Pesapal has a very poor support they don’t reply for weeks, i don’t know how their service is running.
