Kindly share the screenshot of the Ultimate member configuration and the Zoho Mail Configuration settings to support(at)zohomail(dot)com, so that we could reproduce the issue at our end and debug the same further.

I’m having the same issue when using the WP-E-Signature plugin. It sends the html email as plain txt. Looks like the content type is not being set for html somewhere but I don’t know where to troubleshoot. When I use the SendGrid plugin, the emails work fine and show up in html, however, it’s always determined as spam. when I use the zoho plugin, my emails arrive in the inbox properly and NOT interpreted as spam, but they are not html formatted properly. Would love to get this resolved so I can use the Zoho plugin.

Kindly share the configuration of Wp-e Signature you are referring to by writing an Email to support(at)zohomail(dot)com

I have already written to support mail, they said someone will look into. And what configuration you are talking about? Is it ZohoMail configuration or the server configuration?

The plugin ultimate member send notification after creating account
When WP mail is sending with Zoho, it create a conflict
We have already sent an email with list of plugins, everything is working fine with wp smtp with the same set of plugins. We did not have both Zoho mail and WP smtp mail at the same time. So I really do not think there is a conflict.
