    The program has worked for over 6 hours. So now I have stopped it and removed the plugin from the website. Perhaps it’s because the amount of data is too large.

    I appreciate your unsatisfactory experience would lead to a negative view of this plugin, it’s not uncommon for the backup process to fail on certain hosting environments.

    I would argue that this isn’t really a failure of the plugin, but a failure of circumstance. In future updates of the plugin it’s my wish that we add better user feedback as to the state of the backup process, and feedback like this is a good reminder to us that what our users experience is important to us.
