It breack the checkout

With WP 4.3.1 and woocommerce 2.4.12, it break the checkout page giving file not found plus insteach of the url /checkout, it is changed into: /join-sa
Disabling the plugin then the checkout is coming back ok, just loosing the order.https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-checkout-extra-options/
