isuue with same site on multiple domain

I need a help. One of my client has a word press website and same site is been hosted on different domain (.ca, .com, .com.au).
.ca is his main site and other site is replication of it (different word press).

Now one of the link in .ca http://www.abundancecoaching.ca/tv/, the client wants in all other domain this link http://www.abundancecoaching.com/tv/, http://www.abundancecoaching.com.au/tv/, should redirect to http://www.abundancecoaching.ca/tv/. I have created a customize theme for this page. I have added a plug-in whereby when user click on this link (.com, .com.au) will redirect to correct landing page. That is working fine.

The challenge which I am facing is that I am not finding the way to redirect this page to http://www.abundancecoaching.ca/tv/ when user types the URL on the browser. Say for example if I type http://www.abundancecoaching.com/tv/ it gives me message page not found.

I will really appreciate for helping me out and let me know the solution.
