What version of the plugin you have? The current one is 2.0.0. It has vertical tabs.

    Step-by-Step Instructions

To display staff list on your website:

    1. Open the staff list template.
    2. Go to: Template Options > Shortcode.
    3. Follow the instructions: How to create and publish Staff pages.

I’ll be happy to answer any further questions.

    Hi ABCFolio,

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly,

    I am using V0.2.0 as I can’t see V2.0.0 anywhere?

When I go to the template options, there is nothing underneath it and the arrow to expand will not work.

I have tried 2 different browsers

Where to next? Did you want to have a look at it? Let me know know what info you want and I’ll provide.

Now I can see what you have in mind.

Unfortunately I can’t replicate this issue. I have a couple of websites that are updated to WP 4.6 and on all of these Staff List work just fine. I can debug and fix an error only when I can generate it.

    • Do you have WordPress debug on?
    • Have you used Firebug or Chrome HTML debugger to check if there is an error message in Template Options section?
    • Have you created a custom Staff List to check if the issue is still there?
    • Are you logged as an admin?

One of the steps listed above could bring you a quick answer.

I’ll be happy to answer any further questions.

    Hi AbcFolio

I’ve turned on wordpress debug – No errors shows up

Chrome shows the following error: /wp-admin/post.php?post=165&action=edit:1 GET http://www.dev.penrithcyclingclub.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=165&action=edit 500 (Internal Server Error)

I have created a custom list and it has the same issue.

Yes I am logged as admin – I’m the only memer on this page atm – I’ts in development mode 🙂

The ones you had working with 4.6, were they upgraded from a lower version, or a clean install wp4.9 and SL0.2.0 (both mine are fresh installs)

I’ve also just gone and deactivated all other plugins used on the site and still the same issue.

The error message you’ve provided 500 (Internal Server Error) although not quite specific, pointed to some code error. Since the plugins code is OK the other suspect was missing file.

Sure enough when I’ve installed the newest version from WordPress repository I’ve got the error message: missing file.

Please update your plugin to 0.2.1 and let me know.
