• Hi there,

First of all, great idea with this plugin – I’ve been searching for such a solution integrated directly with WooCommerce for a long time.

Unfortunately, I’ve bumped into a few problems from the very start when trying to test your plugin’s functionality.

The first thing that happened when I connected it to my server was the inability to sync the hosting packages that were already present within my WHM. The plugin wasn’t able to fetch any packages from the server and the ‘connected servers’ status window showed ‘error’ status, and this led to not being able to create any products/hosting plans – but surprisingly, at the same time it did successfully fetch ALL cPanel hosting accounts from WHM. I’ve later found out that creating a brand new hosting package in WHM and assigning it to an account allowed it to get successfully fetched/synced by SkyHS plugin, and then the status in the ‘connected servers’ window changed to ‘connected’.

Then I tried to create some actual hosting plans and hosting products using these imported packages, but when buying it or activating such product from the admin area, the account is not being provisioned in WHM at all (it just thinks for about 10 seconds and then the order gets placed successfully, visible in hosting deployments with ‘pending provisioning’ status and it also shows up in the hosting dashboard within the account, but unable to log into cPanel or fetch its contents, since it doesn’t exist).

The only thing that I managed to do was to connect an existing cPanel account through the Account Source into one of these failed orders. Then the hosting account is actually available to browse from within the client’s dashboard and the cPanel login and preview also work as intended.

I don’t get any errors in my logs. I’m on the newest WordPress 7.0 and WooCommerce 10.7.0. I have already experimented with different PHP versions, from 7.4, up to the newest 8.5, without any luck. I also enabled some extra PHP extensions that are required by billing systems such as WHMCS, but it still didn’t change anything.

Since I’m not able to find any documentation for the plugin, would you be able to guide me through this and help with solving these issues? I’d be very grateful.

    Kind Regards,
    Mike
