Hello Bilal @billalben
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please check out this doc to find the possible cause and solutions to this problem.
All the best,
Hello @tonyrobins
Thank for your fast reply.
I just covered the doc and I understanded that Wordfence plugin is the cause of the problem.
But the Wordfence plugin is not installed on my website.
So, this possibility is far.
Hi @billalben
Thanks for your update. It can be because of other firewall settings(site or server side) as well.
That’s also why we offer the ‘manual upload’ method as mentioned in the doc, have you also tried it?
If it does not work as well, can you send us a debug zip of the site to contact(@) wpvivid.com. You can find the debug zip from the plugin’s Debug tab.
All the best,
Hi there,
Since we haven’t heard from you for a while, I am going to mark the thread as resolved.
Please feel free to let us know if you need any further assistance.
All the best,
Hello @tonyrobins
I hope you are doing well.
I’m so sorry for getting no respond from me in this period.
I used cPanel to upload the backup and it went good, but I faced an error with scanning the uploaded backup.
