2 Issues we can’t seem to fix when creating content in tabs:

    1. If we create a WP Gallery and put it on a tab, clicking the image brings up the larger version of the image, but has a blacked out window overtop of it so it’s dim. There’s a big X in the top corner. If you close that, then the image shows clearly.
    2. On a PC or Android, the tab titles are single clickable. But on an iPhone or iPad, the tabs are super touchy and require some kind of double-tap to get the tab to open.

Any help on either of these would be much appreciated

  • For number 1, I just tried this on my site, and I don’t get the overlay over the image as I see yours doing. I wonder if you have a separate lightbox plugin (or your theme has a lightbox function) that is conflicting with the Elementor lightbox.

I can’t help with the second problem, as I don’t an iAnything to test with, sorry.

    Some general tips though:

Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Elementor, WordPress & your theme. Sometimes it isn’t obvious that there is an update available. Go to Dashboard > Updates and click the Check Again button to be sure.

Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
