    Hello,

    I registered as a subscriber from the front end of WordPress. Then I went to create a support ticket it did not ask me to log in as I already logged in as a subscriber. I submitted the ticket but the Support customer role was not added as an additional role to my subscriber’s normal role. If a user creates a ticket from the front end then he should be always assigned support customer role if not already assigned. front end Users can have multiple roles subscriber, support customers, woo customer, etc;

    Is the fact they are not assigned the support customer role an issue for you? We do not change the role of existing users when they log a ticket, nor do we add additional roles to their profile. If it is a new user, we set them to support customer, but for existing, they stay with their current role.

    It does not cause any problems with the plugin.
