Issues with setting up product variables

I need to add the following variables to my products:
EU *USA/*Rest of the World** UK

Orders up to £10 £2.99 £4.00 £9.00

Orders of £10 – £30 £4.95 £10.00 £15.00

Orders of £30 – £75 £6.95 £15.00 £21.00

Orders of £75 – £150 £17.95 £22.00 £45.00

Orders over £150 £17.95 £27.00 £56.00

I’ve already added my products into my ecommerce site.

Is this a difficult thing to do? I’ve tried reading up on how to do this, but I am completely baffled. I don’t even know where to find this information on how to do this in woocommerce.

I’d appreciate someone’s advice.

do I need an external plugin?
