Issues with plugin freezing

    Hello;

    Initially, we had issues importing a subscriber list of 10k+ which we got around by importing them 2000 at a time.

    Now we have an issue where selecting “Send Email” freezes the web site. After several minutes, the website is back but reports two errors at the top of WordPress:

    Warning: mysqli_query(): MySQL server has gone away in /homepages/27/d145359136/htdocs/webbase/fujispray/web/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1924

    Warning: mysqli_query(): Error reading result set’s header in /homepages/27/d145359136/htdocs/webbase/fujispray/web/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1924

    Can you shed some light on this that can point us to a solution?

    Hi, Do not send 10k+ email at one click, Use CRON option in the plugin to publish your emails. Cron job will send 75 email per hour. You can change this value in CRON Details page.
