issues with networking

so im not sure what it is but i followed all the steps and nothing went wrong. well actually something did go wrong.
before hand their was no issues, no warnings, no red boxes with words in them.

this is my error this page. but i have never had this issue, on my personal site this all went smoothly…..so why did this crash and burn?
