Hi @foxrobinson,
Is this the iCalendar link generated by our plugin?
It appears that your server is displaying a CAPTCHA or security challenge page instead of the actual iCalendar feed. This is similar to the “Please wait while we check if you’re human” screen that some websites display.
When you open the iCalendar feed URL directly in your browser, it should download the correct file.
Do you have any security plugins installed, or are you using a service such as Cloudflare that might be triggering this challenge?
Please try excluding any URLs containing wpsbc-ical from security checks or verification.

Yes its generated by your plugin: https://almondhillhouse.com/?wpsbc-ical=CczD1fOkcvyfPe6j2ZJ657081180cd99.ics . And no, it doesn’t display a reCAPTCHA; it downloads the file. The issue is with the file itself.
The booking company has said the iCal wasn’t showing any blocked dates, but as you can see from here, there are many blocked dates: https://almondhillhouse.com/en/booking-enquiry/
Hi David,
The calendar link itself is working correctly.
When you open it in a browser, SiteGround allows the request and the calendar file downloads normally. However, when the booking platform tries to access the same link automatically, SiteGround blocks the request and shows its security check instead of the calendar.
This is why the dates appear correctly in your browser, but the booking platform cannot read them.
The request is being blocked before it reaches WordPress or the plugin, so this cannot be fixed from the plugin settings.
Please contact SiteGround and ask them to allow external calendar services to access URLs containing ?wpsbc-ical=
