Issues with form

I am using a form and when testing the form, I am getting the shortcodes in the email body itself but theres no shortcodes in the body of the email in the settings area when I set the plugin up. How would I go about fixing this? For example, below is what I received for an email from my form. Its not sending the information that was entered into the form instead its emailing shortcodes to me.
