Issues while Deployment

I’m able to create package successfully. However during deployment Im’ having some issues I cant create a new DB as I’m getting below error:

“The server error response was: Access denied for user ‘****’@’localhost’ (using password: YES)‘”

I created a DB manually and linked a user with that however in the dropdown for action I’m not getting an option of “connect and remove all data” as in the dropdown I’m not getting that value.
