    When we updated our site from HTTP to HTTPS the Facebook feed became broken. Is there an known issue if the site the feed on is HTTPS instead of HTTP?

    There is no known issues for either HTTPS or HTTP. However, we have had a few customers in the past that have made a similar change and when investigating further they discovered that their service provider changed other and/or additional security settings on the server during the change-over which then presented them with this issue.

    Please check with your service provider to see if additional security settings were made or tweaked. If not then please send us your plugin’s System Info located on the “Support” tabbed page in your plugin’s settings through our support site/form here.

    We can take a look and see if there are any plugin settings that might have been changed or need to be changed for you.

    Just to provide a bit more follow-up for you… Our plugins work with both HTTP and HTTPS so it’s likely something else that’s causing the issue for you.
