Issues using a screen reader with the course builder

    Hi there, I’m a blind user and use a screen reader for access. I downloaded and installed the plugin, however when I go in to the course builder when I use the tab key or move to certain parts of the interface, it is constantly popping up with the message that I have exited student preview mode and need to log back in as admin. I don’t have to say how frustrating that can be. Is there away to hide the student preview option, or something. I wish I could tell you more about how it is happening, but again I can’t really do anything because of the crazy pop ups. Any suggestions?

    On our end, we tested navigating the course builder using the Tab key, and it moves through the interface correctly without triggering the “exited student preview mode” message. Since you are experiencing this consistently, it appears the behavior may be specific to how your screen reader interacts with certain elements in the interface.

    To help us investigate this properly, could you kindly let us know which screen reader software you are using (for example, JAWS, NVDA, or VoiceOver), along with the browser you have paired it with? With these details, we will do our best to replicate the issue on our end and work toward a proper fix.
