[Resolved] Issues Migrating with Custom Post Types

  • Hi There,

I’m having trouble after upgrading to both WordPress 3.5 and also the latest version of attachments. Essentially after upgrading to WordPress 3.5, the attachments plugin stopped working, and I got a fatal error due to function attachments_get_attachments() not being recognised.

I assume from reading the documentation that attachments_get_attachments() has been discontinued and doesn’t work with WordPress 3.5?

I’m not unable to see the attachments panel within the edit post page for my custom post types, but I can see it for normal default posts. Do I need to perform a migration of data? If so, please could you let me know how to do this, or where the script is please, so that I can get things back up and running.

In my media library, items are still assigned to my posts, I just cannot see the attachments panel on the post edit page, and therefore when I use the default code you provide to bring out and test the attachments are there, it counts zero.

Thanks for your help, in advance!
