issues editing and viewing screens

I am having several issues with editing.

1. When I upload from Word to the editor, the font that is rendered is the same color as the background screen. (In other words invisible to me without highlighting page.

2. Edit button on publish immediately is not working (I cannot schedule future postings)

3. Choose from the most used tags button does not work.

4. Under categories, Most used tab does not work

5. On the dashboard, customize your site button gives me a blank work page and no menu items to work with.
6. Change themes completely link gives me same as customize site button. (Blank page and no menu items)

7. Help button does not work.
