issues after runing duplicator

this is on my home server, I had an issue with a plugin that forced me to run my Duplicator back up. the process went smooth, but I am now having the common issue where my website URL is not showing in the address bar, so I reset the URL back to utmesh.com. after doing this, my login no longer works. I have tried modifying the user info directly on the Linux server, I have installed webmin and modified the user login there, I cant figure out what else I need to do, because I still cant get it to work. Can someone I just want my site URL to be the site name not the IP. What am I doing wrong?
