    Hello Support Team,

    I hope you are doing well.

    I am facing several issues after updating your plugin to the latest version. The plugin was working perfectly with the previous version, but after the recent update it has started causing problems on my website.

    Here are the issues I am experiencing:

    1. Shop Page Error
    1. When the plugin is activated, my WooCommerce shop page displays a troubleshooting/error message.
    2. As soon as I deactivate the plugin, the error disappears.
    3. This indicates that the latest version of the plugin is conflicting with my website.
    4. Membership/Subscription Feature
    1. On the Membership page, I have added subscription-based options.
    2. However, they are now showing as Premium Features and are unavailable, which is affecting my site’s functionality.
    3. Content Restriction Not Working
    1. The plugin is no longer restricting access to my custom post types as expected.

    Since everything was working correctly before the latest update, I believe these issues are related to the new version of the plugin.

    Issue 1: Shop Page Error

    We have successfully replicated this issue on our end. A ticket has already been created and our development team is actively working on a fix, which will be included in our upcoming update. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Once the update is released, you can apply it directly from your WordPress dashboard and the shop page error should be resolved.

    Issue 2: Membership/Subscription Showing as Premium Feature
    Issue 3: Content Restriction Not Working on Custom Post Types

    We would like to address both of these together as they share the same root cause.

    In our previous update, certain premium features such as subscription-based memberships and content restriction for custom post types were accidentally made available in the free version. This was not intentional. To correct this, we released the latest update which properly restores these features to the premium version only, where they originally belong.

    This is why these features are now showing as Premium Features and are no longer functioning on your site — they were never intended to be part of the free version and we needed to correct this to maintain fairness for all our premium users.

    Hi,

    I hope you are doing well.

    Kindly provide an updated version of the plugin that resolves the issues I reported.

    As I mentioned earlier, the current version of the plugin is conflicting with the WooCommerce Shop page. When the plugin is activated, it causes errors on the Shop page, but the errors disappear as soon as the plugin is deactivated.

    I completely understand that technical issues like these can occasionally occur in complex plugins, and I appreciate your efforts in maintaining the plugin. However, my website has active users, and this issue is affecting their experience.

    I would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate the problem and provide a fix or an updated version of the plugin as soon as possible.
