What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

There are 50 active plugins related to managing products, forums, anti-spam, newsletters, analytics, content optimizer, etc. We use Zoho for emails and that’s where the contact form gets sent to.

Is there any particular plugin that might cause this issue?

Takayuki – I have temporarily resolved the issue by including [your-email] in Subject. Now I can see the sender’s email. But I am still not sure why [your-email] does not show up in the message. Any help you can provide in resolving this issue? Really appreciate your time and input.

    Cheers,
    Shashi
