Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing.
Please try the following steps to resolve the issue:
- Go to the “Advanced” tab in the plugin settings.
- Click the “Re-Create plugin” button to reset the plugin.
- Then reconnect your business and reconfigure the widget settings.
This should restore the reviews and allow you to complete the setup process.

Hi there
I have done that and it gost worse… Now it only shows “based on 9 reviews. See below

In order to assist you, we will need the Troubleshooting text. You can find this in the plugin’s Advanced tab under the Troubleshooting box. Click on “Copy to clipboard” to copy the details. Please insert the copied text into a Pastebin and share the generated URL.

I have the same problem on one website. 74 reviews total web to 49 and than to 9 ratings as total.

Hi,
Could you please try reconnecting the Google source in an incognito/private browser window?
If that does not help, please clear your browser cache and reload the page with a hard refresh:
Windows/Linux: Ctrl + Shift + R
Mac: Cmd + Shift + R
After that, please try connecting the source again and check whether the total reviews count is updated correctly.
