3.0.4 is very buggy. Had to go back to 3.0.3 and everything is working fine.
Please go to Theme Panel > Scripts & styles, disable all the files click on the save button, now enable all the files, and click on the save button a couple of times, clear the entire cache, and check.
PS- make sure to enable all the scripts & styles files.
In addition, would you be so kind and go to Elementor > System Info and share the report with us so that we can take a look?

Hello, still not solved. Tried 4 different browsers, and as I can see visitors have the same problem.
Sometimes I got a correct loading, but usually that error with the loading. Just try to refresh it.

I’m not using the elementor.
