    Hi,

    when i activate your plugin i have an issue with stripe plugin. Unfortunatly tabs from stripe don’t appear and customers can not pay by card anymore. If i disable your plugin the issue disappear.

    How can i fix that ?

    WooCommerce and Stripe have recently had issues with the latest releases and introducing conflicts, here are a few post as reference:

    The latest versions:
    WooCommerce version 4.4.1
    Stripe version 4.5.2
    BizSwoop POS version 2.2.1

    We’ve performed verification testing on these latest versions with successful results and no issues. Make sure you are running the latest versions. Upgrading to the latest releases should resolve any current conflicts or issues with Stripe and WooCommerce behavior.

    If the behavior continues, provide a screenshot of the issue and WooCommerce error logs, under WooCommerce > Status > Logs

    Hi,

    thank you for your reply.

    I already have the latest version for woocommerce, wordpress and stripe. I haven’t issue with stripe. I have an issue when i activate your plugin. When i activate it stripe disappear. If i desactivate your plugin everything work normally.

    We performed testing to check any issues with Stripe behavior and the POS.

    Let’s try these couple of things:

    – Deactivate Point of Sale Plugin. Deactivate WooCommerce Stripe Gateway Plugin. Now reactivate Point of Sale plugin and Reactivate WooCommerce Stripe Gateway Plugin.

    Check to see if that step fixes the problem.

    – Perform Conflict Testing. If that doesn’t resolve the problem, please perform Theme/Plugin conflict testing as described here:

    Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, WooCommerce Stripe Gateway and Point of Sale. After all other plugins are deactivated, perform testing. If the issue is fixed. One-by-one enable a plugin to identify what is causing the conflict.

    One important note. For the functionality support with Stripe and the POS. We require you use the official WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin developed by WooCommerce https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/

    If the issue continues for us to provide support, we need the following:
    – Video or screenshot showing the error
    – WooCommerce System Report
    – WooCommerce Error logs for zPOS or Stripe at WooCommerce > Status > Logs

    i don’t use this plugin but “stripe for woocommerce” possible than there is an issue with this one ?

    Yes. This will be the problem and causing a conflict.

    We only support the official Stripe plugin developed and supported by WooCommerce, https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/

    Due to the compatibility and integration with WooCommerce, Stripe and the POS, we can only support the official Stripe plugin. Unfortunately, we don’t support any other developers plugins for Stripe. If you would like to use the POS and Stripe, you will need to use the official WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin.
