Issue with simple membership plugin and dashboard

    Hi there,
    I am having two major issues with my website: http://www.thoughtboxeducation.com

    1. The edit dashboard for admin keeps disappearing off some of the tops of the pages. it then reappears after another viewing, and is gone again later on. Please advise.

    2. Maybe related (?) the simple membership plugin is not allowing users access to some of the member pages. it asks them to login to access, even though they are logged in, and so there is no further option.

    This is a busy education website used by a lot of teachers – any help very much appreciated.

    Hello

    Try to disable one bye one plugin and check which is causing this issue.

    Check membership plugin options you have set for pages. It’s not an issue with theme.

    Site is taking long time in loading, sometime not load as well.

    Thank you – I am having huge issues this morning, can’t work out if it is with wordpress or Bluehost (servers) or with the clash of the plugins. I think it is a clash between Simple WordPress Membership and WP Fastest Cacche plugin. I will contact them for help – I appreciate your support. Thanks!
