issue with receiving email

I’m using caldera forms on a multisite (german and english language sites for the same domain). They both have a caldera form integrated (https://www.patent-pilot.com/de/ueber-patent-pilot/patentanwalt-suchen-lassen/ and https://www.patent-pilot.com/en/about-patent-pilot/let-us-find-a-patent-attorney-for-you/)
On the german version, I’m receiving email, on the english I’m not. The form is setup completely identical (checked it dozens of times). The only difference I can see in the mail debug: The German has a line like this:
“2016-06-01 08:30:26 CLIENT -> SERVER: Message-ID: <45bffc0f7a5994e950ca6feb9a64cfb3@www.patent-pilot.com>”
In the english version the same line looks like this whithout a message ID:
“2016-06-01 08:35:06 CLIENT -> SERVER: Message-ID:”
Any idea what could cause the issue? Again, all forms are setup equally…
