Issue with pagination

I’m experiencing an issue with pagination since 5.9.6. We have the course programme on the homepage of our website and this has worked fine, in terms of displaying a limit of 3 events and displaying pagination. However since 5.9.6 when we click to go to next page (or the next page number) it is redirecting to our blog page, but on the URL that should be next pagination e.g http://www.example.com/?pno=2 is displaying our blog page. I’m using EM_Events::output to list the events. Any help would be appreciated TYIA.
