Issue with network activation requirement…

The forced Network Activation for Multi-site is causing a big issue.
EVERY user is seeing this message – even if they don’t have a LinkedIn account.
“Your LinkedIn access token is invalid or has expired, please click here to get a new one.”
How do I fix that?
