• I enabled the plugin in my site, Then the meta tag in my site got modified like this.

    <meta name="description" content="<ul class='post-meta'>
    <li><span class='post-meta-key'>bwps_enable_ssl:</span> </li>
    </ul>
    " />

    I tried Changing the following settings
    Security ->Ssl-> Enforce Frontend Ssl to Off. But the meta tag still remains same. Any idea on how to fix this issue? Any help is appreciated.

  • First of all you should know that the iTSec plugin SSL bwps_enable_ssl post meta key has been replaced with itsec_enable_ssl.

    So you should be using the latest iTSec plugin release (4.6.10) and the latest WordPress release 4.1.1.

    To be able to investigate this any further we will first need to know your current iTSec plugin release.

    Anyway it is strongly recommended to upgrade to the latest iTSec plugin and WordPress release.
