    I have a problem with the carousel, I have the lightbox option active but when I press on the image it does not appear large. I use wpbakery. Many thanks.

    edit: now when i update the page, the first time it works, but if i reload the page the carousel stop work. So wired..

    Hi @gillox,

    We are sorry to hear that you are facing such an issue.

    We need a little bit more information to inspect the issue further. Could you confirm if the lightbox images show properly on the shortcode preview or not? Additionally, we request you clear the server cache, and the website cache if you are using any caching plugin.

    Thanks for your reply. Yes, I confirm that it displays correctly in the carousel preview.

    I don’t currently use any caching plugins, and I already tried clearing the server side cache. I also tried clearing the browser data and trying with new browser.
