    Hi, testing the plugin on a test site. Everything set up OK, have the key but when I try to use it it says the key is not matched. I’m copying it from the email and also made a copy to notes.

    I’ve tried this a few times – rebuilding from backup but same result.

    Is there something I’m missing?

    Hello David,

    Which version do you use of this plugin?

    Are you logged in perfectly? If yes then the key you see on admin is right.

    Please try to reinstall with the updated version.

    Let me know how it goes.
