Issue with IE9

My workplace just upgraded computers, including IE9 and when I went to my site (cinemasight.com) I noticed that the post headers were being hidden behind the header background image. The comments info isn’t hidden behind that image, so I’m not quite sure why the headers are falling to the back. Does anyone know what the problem could be or how to fix it?
