@fourmi – I’m not sure I understood, is the form in a popup? If not try disabling all popups and enabling them one at a time to see if the issue resolves and comes back. If so the content of that one popup is part of the cause likely.
Let us know.

Thanks for your reply!
When I’m in a page with a form made with Gravity Form (contact, login, register, etc.), if the popup is also in this page, the css files from Gravity Forms are not loading (they don’t appear in the head of the page). Even if there’s just a link to trigger the popup, the css files are not loading.
When I deactivate Gravity Forms User Registration Add-On, or when I remove the link to the popup, it works fine.
I get the same behavior for all popups, no matter if they contain a form or not. It looks like a conflict between plugins but I have no idea how to correct it.
@fourmi = Sorry for the delay. I never saw a response notification.
Can you confirm if this happened with an empty popup? Or did it only happen with specific content in said popup? If so what was that content?
Further I will point out that GForms cannot be loaded on the page more than one time. IE In the page & in a popup on that page. Results in lot of weird and hard to debug issues.
If you still need help on this and haven’t found another solution already send us a message at https://wppopupmaker.com/support/ so we can make sure it gets addressed quickly.

It was for a client and we had to find a solution quickly, so we went with another plugin. I was quite sad about it because I liked your plugin better. We had just one popup in the page, but I guess there were conflicts with the user registration form.
