Issue with Forms

After the WP Fastest Cache update, our form submissions have fallen off greatly, pointing to some type of Cache/CSS appearance issue. When logged in as Admin, we do not have issues for testing. However, we are receiving many reports from users experiencing issues submitting forms (and our form submissions have reduced by 90%+)

Additionally, we now need to go to each page manually to clear cache for changes to go into effect, when that was not the case previously.

Any thoughts or suggestions on what we should do?
