Issue with Footer Resizing

I have an issue with my footer re-sizing whenever I input my Site Information Text (copyright info).

This happens whenever I input anything into the Site Information Text box under Theme Settings -> General. If I leave it blank, then the height of the footer is good. However, if I put anything in the text box, then my footer resizes to about twice it’s original height.

It’s like there’s a large cell padding setting set somewhere, but I can’t figure out where it is.
