    Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with your caching plugin. The content of the site/page has been cached yesterday morning and I haven’t been able to empty the cache and show the modifications (CSS, JS, functions.php, page content) ever since. As long as I’m logged in everything works fine but if I try to view the page via incognito mode I see no difference since yesterday. I even tried to suppress the plugin, nothing worked. Can you please help me with this issue?

    Thank you in advance,

    S

    Hello @stephenlyynch

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
After checking your website, I can see that you have multiple layers of caching, to be more precise I can see the header x-proxy-cache: HIT
This means that the caching is also activated on a server level and this also needs to be purged.
As I am not sure how your website suppose to look and what the exact problem is, can you please share the screenshots of the website while logged in?
Also please try purging the Proxy cache as well as the W3 Total Cache – cache and see if the problem persists.

    Thanks!

Here are a couple of screenshots. First one is incorrect, second one is correct.

I tried to see if there is a way to empty the cache of the server but it tells me that the caching procedures on that side are non-active. I’ll try and look up how to empty the Proxy Cache. Thank you very much, I hope to solve this soon.

    Hello @stephenlyynch

    Thank you for the information.
Yes, I can see the correct version once I bypass the cache. To confirm this. Disable the Page Cache, save all settings and purge the cache. IF the issue persists, you need to find a way to purge the proxy cache.

    Thanks!
