issue with database after setting up wp-config file

Hi,

I keep getting the following errors when I try and setup a mysql database for my new website:

wp_posts: Table ‘a1280553_db.wp_posts’ doesn’t exist
wp_comments: Table ‘a1280553_db.wp_comments’ doesn’t exist
wp_links: Table ‘a1280553_db.wp_links’ doesn’t exist
wp_options: Table ‘a1280553_db.wp_options’ doesn’t exist
wp_postmeta: Table ‘a1280553_db.wp_postmeta’ doesn’t exist
wp_commentmeta: Table ‘a1280553_db.wp_commentmeta’ doesn’t exist

Could someone please advise as to how I should resolve this issue
