If the Complianz | GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent plugin is active and settings to not allow ReCaptha if user doesn’t acept cookies, and the ReCaptcha function is active in your plugin, no captcha is showed so users will be unable to post a comment.

If your plugin is deactivated the issue never exist because is showed a link to allow cookies for that ReCaptcha part.

Maybe the developer of the other plugin will fix this.
