Issue with cart on the app

Hello,

We’ve been using WPMobile.app now with our site for around 2 months. For the most part it’s been great but since launching there’s been a few users having issues with their cart. We use woocommerce on the website and the issue isn’t replicated on the website, just the app. They’ll add items to the cart and when they enter a promo code, all the items just disappear or if they don’t enter a promo code and click checkout it states their session has expired and to try again. This isn’t happening with all users but one person had this issue on their phone and their IPad too. A few other users have experienced it too but despite all the searching I’ve done and plugin updates etc to test, it just won’t fix the issue basically rendering the app useless for them people. Is there anyway to fix this? Thanks
