Issue with cache – cant generate report

    Hi. I am trying to generate a report for the issue I am facing after enabling the plugin. But it does not even allow me to generate and send report gives error

    Failed to request via WordPress: [server] https://api.quic.cloud [service] wp/report

    How can I send you the issue with report no as it wont allow me to generate one!

    Hi,

    Please try whitelist our IPs

    if firewall blocked the communication , then it could result as send report failed.
