Issue with apostrophes on shortcode search

I am having trouble with getting the plugin to recognize words with apostrophes. If you go to the page I linked, the search within the top menu works as expected if someone searches for O’Shea. However, if you use the search form embedded in the page using shortcode, it says no results. This shortcode search searches within a specific post type, but works well when searching a word that does not include an apostrophe (even OShea).

Am I missing something obvious or is there a fix for this? Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
