• Hello, good afternoon.

I have been installing and testing your plugin on several websites, specifically the patched version you provided to me in the ticket at this URL:

    [URL]

The websites are institutional sites of no more than 300–400 MB, and your plugin has been working correctly on all of them.

However, yesterday I tested it on a blog that is almost 2 GB in size. Not only did the backup process take a very long time, but I was also unable to create a successful backup. All attempts ended with an error.

I tested all three backup methods, and all three resulted in an error.

This website is hosted by the same hosting company as the other websites, so I believe we can rule out significant differences in the server configuration. For this reason, I suspect that the problem may be related to the size of the website.

I would appreciate your help in determining what could be causing this issue and whether there are any specific settings or recommendations for backing up larger websites.

Thank you very much for your assistance.

    Kind regards,

    Hello @vilo1968 ,

2GB site size should be backed up just as normal as 300MB website. Speed always depends on website’s database size and server resources.

Please always share a debug log when opening a ticket, as it provides the invaluable information for locating and solving all issues.

Please navigate to the plugin section Troubleshooting > Check advanced options and click on the button:
Share debug info with BackupBliss team

And here’s a screenshot that shows where to get it.

Please paste the debug code in your reply.

    Kind regards
