Issue upload image and issue with media

    While I’m trying to view the media library with GRID view, I see a blank screen with a blank image but can’t see the entire list of images – on a LIST view, I can see all of the images

    The bigger issue is that I’m trying to upload an image and getting this notification: “Could not insert post into the database”
    I tried to change permission of “upload” directory – with no success
    I tried to increase the memory – with no success
    I tried to disabled the plugins (one by one) – with no success
    I went trough some guides – with no success

    I can save post, pages and other stuff – just can’t upload an image

    I’m using latest WordPress (5.3.2)

    Does anyone had this issue and found the solution for this?
