    Hi everyone. When customers order from my shop they fill out the billing address but do not add a shipping address. Hence, no shipping charge is not added to the order. How can I make sure they have to fill out the shipping address? I already checked “force shipping to billing address” but it made no difference. Still no shipping costs are added. Thank you!

    Hi there,

    You will need to make sure your products are not marked as Virtual — if they are not Virtual, that means they are physical and require shipping.

    After that, you will need to make sure you have set up Shipping Zones and added shipping methods:

    Have you already done all of that?

    If you are having trouble, please send screenshots of your list of shipping zones/methods under WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping. I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply here.

    Also, please send the URL to a product on your site.

    Finally, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply. Please note that since this is a public forum, you may want to remove any sensitive information that you don’t want shared publicly.
