You will need to make sure your products are not marked as Virtual — if they are not Virtual, that means they are physical and require shipping.
After that, you will need to make sure you have set up Shipping Zones and added shipping methods:
Have you already done all of that?
If you are having trouble, please send screenshots of your list of shipping zones/methods under WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping. I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply here.
Also, please send the URL to a product on your site.
Finally, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply. Please note that since this is a public forum, you may want to remove any sensitive information that you don’t want shared publicly.
